The Steam Heated Drum Melting Oven is consisting of following main components:
• Oven Chamber
• Steam Heating Arrangement
• Control Panel
Oven Chamber:
The oven chamber is made up of Sq. Pipe structure; fully welded double walled MS Sheets. The chamber is insulated with 100 mm thk. Rockwool on all sides.
Steam Heating Arrangement:
The Steam heating can be achieved with the Finned Tube Steam radiators and a centralized Blower fan. |

| Non FLP / FLP, Electric control panel is provided. The panel is designed as per the Indian Electrical Standard norms. |
